You may have had counselling before or this may be your first time. However you have come to my site I would like to welcome you and thank you for taking time to read this. I am an experienced integrative Relationship & Trauma Psychotherapist offering long and short term work. I work in person from two locations in Aylesbury or can see you online using zoom.

Sessions cost £60 for 50 minutes for Adults or £75 of 60 minutes/ £110 for 90 minutes for couples or families. I offer flexible appointment times and frequency.

Integrative Supervision Model
Clinical Supervision is a safe space that is created by a supervisor and a supervisee. This space is created for, you, the supervisee to reflect upon your work and process the information you have been exposed to. It is also a space to support professional development and ensure you are working within your own ethical framework and limits of proficiency.
£65 for 60 Minute Session

Group Supervision
A Break from lone working
I hear a lot that one of the biggest struggles working in Private Practice is lone working. I offer group supervision sessions to enable people working in helping professions to connect with other private practitioners. Group supervision provides a safe space to share thoughts and ideas about your work and gain insight into how others are working.

In person groups are hosted at Aylesbury Therapy, 15 Temple Street. HP20 2RN.
Groups are a maximum of 5 including myself.
