Feeling stuck? Are you helping everyone else and feel like there is nothing left for you? Is loss or flashbacks from the past playing on your mind? Whatever you are experiencing at the moment Counselling will provide you a safe space to unravel difficult emotions and explore ways of seeing them differently enabling you to move forward with your life in a more positive way. Your past may have made you who you are today but it does not have to be who you are tomorrow.

In person sessions take place in my homebased room, Berryfields or at Aylesbury Therapy, 15 Temple Street, HP20 2RN

Sessions are 50 Minutes at a fee of £60
